William Wilson Steele passed on February 28th 2020. He joined his beloved wife Dolly who predeceased him a number of years earlier. Billy was a true decent man whose whit and humour was unmatched.
His memory was unbelievable and his love for Dolly was and is something to be cherished. Dolly and Billy were loved by many and I am thankful now they can be together forever as they should be. He was a decent man which in these days means outstanding man.
Billy and Dolly are now at rest together in peace and harmony so everything as it should.
