It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Father, Grandfather, Husband, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Margaret; daughters Kelly (Travis), Wendy (Dana) and Samantha (Shannon); grandchildren Steven (Tovah), Alicia (Kyle), Eric, Drew, Joey and Ryan; brother Steve Tapper; and his many family and friends back in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
Dad (Bill) was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia on December 23, 1949. He spent most of his younger years fishing on dragger boats on the Great Lakes of Canada before moving to B.C. where he started his own contracting business, B and M Building Ltd., doing what he loved to do.
In his most recent years he enjoyed spending all his time with his best friend and soulmate Margaret.
Bill will be greatly missed by all who's lives he touched.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
