It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William (Bill) Forsythe after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Bill passed away on March 23, 2011 at the age of 62 years young. He was born at Princeton, B.C. in 1949. He is survived by Eleanor Skelton in Prince Rupert, B.C; Gary (Nancy) Forsythe in Victoria, B.C; Donna Forsythe in Vernon BC; niece Charmagne Skelton, nephews Brian (Loni) Skelton in Victoria BC; Greg Forsythe in Salmon Arm; Daryle (Julie) Skelton; in Prince George B.C. Also survived by great nephew Reid Skelton-Morven, Kale Skelton- Morven of Prince Rupert, B.C. and Liam Skelton of Prince George B.C. Predeceased by parents John Forsythe, Cora Forsythe, and brother-in-law Wally Skelton. A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held in Prince Rupert on Thursday March 31 in the basement of the United Church from 2 pm - 4 pm.
At the request of Bill there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, the Cancer Society of British Columbia or to a charity of your choice.
