In Loving Memory ~
Sharon Helen (Girou) Eastwood passed away peacefully on August 8, 2023, in Victoria, B.C.
She is survived by her four children, Michael (Jill), Keith (Liisa), Catharine (Darren) and David, and her three sisters Paulette (Craig) Linda (Wilfred), and Carol (Norman), and her two beloved Grandsons, Liam and Tyler.
She was born and raised in Fernie, B.C., then graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Victoria in 1963 where she continued to work as a RN.
Shortly after getting married, she moved to Prince Rupert to continue her nursing and raise her four children; then later became a devoted foster parent for over 20 years before making her way back to Victoria.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, and drinking coffee. She played the piano and loved classical music. She also was involved in the Scouting movement for many years. She was of strong Christian faith and always cared for others before herself.
A service to celebrate her life will be held in Victoria TBD at a later time.
