June 25, 1951 - June 15, 2021
Shannon passed peacefully at the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital after living a wonderful independent life surrounded by many caring friends and support workers which allowed her to remain in her hometown of Prince Rupert, BC.
She worked at different jobs, and participated in bowling and swimming all of which were her joys.
All my thanks to all involved to help Shannon achieve such a blessed and wonderful life. The Catholic Church, Salvation Army, The Native Friendship Center, Thompson Community Services and all the many individuals who loved, encouraged and supported Shannon over the years. Especially Tracy Stace-Smith, an angel herself, who was a roommate, and special friend for many years.
Shannon was special!
