It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip Seaborn on October 29, 2024 at the age of 90. Phil was born in Tacoma, Washington on July 25, 1934. Phil became a Canadian Citizen on September 29, 1995 and made Prince Rupert his home. We want to thank Dr. Belgardt and the staff at the Acropolis Manor for their care of Phil.
He was a long-time friend and will be sadly missed.
There will be no service as per Phil's request.
