Our Dad has gone Dancing with Mom on November 15, 2016 at the age of 93. Survived by his loving family, daughters: Sylvia Adams of Prince Rupert, Arlene Miller of Coquitlam, Celina Manson of Kelowna, Linda (Ron) Gerrits of Grande Prairie, Andrea (Duncan) Gray of Port Moody; nine grandchildren: Laurie (Paul), Peter, Dawn, Tina (Gary), David (Pam), Nicole, Matthew, Dina and Julie; twelve great grandchildren: Shannon, Aarin, Kevin, Stephanie, Nathan, Mike, Reggie, Kayla (Chris), Taryn, Danielle, Tyler and Lauryn; four great, great grandchildren: Kaleigh, Kashlyn, Brady and Tavia; the family and the House of Gamayaam, Gispatwada Gitandoa as well as precious friends Corey, Angela, Jim, Lisa, Blaine and Jennifer. Predeceased by his love Bertha in 2010.
A Memorial Service was held on Thursday, November 17th at 5:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home in Kelowna, BC. A Celebration of Life followed at New Westminster Campus “Gathering Place” Room 4650, 700 Royal Avenue, New Westminster on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 6:30 pm and a Celebration of Life in Prince Rupert was held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 1:30 pm at the United Church.
