With heavy hearts, the family announces she peacefully passed away in her sleep on August 5th, 2023
Born January 13th, 1940, in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Katherine Worobey, her brother Murray Worobey, sister Carol Proctor and brother Jack Worobey. She leaves behind her loving husband Jim Murdoch of 54 years, daughters Kathy (Sam) Mansouri, Tracey (Doug) Alton, Melanie (Kevin) Mudge, Erin (Chris) Cohoon, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Maxine was a woman full of life, active and loved being in her happy place "Red Top" Hunts Inlet. She loved music and would always be moving when she heard one of her favourite songs.
She loved the dogs she had over the years and would love to take them for a "walkies" down at Seaplane base. She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed baking and pickling.
