A resident of Chatham Ontario, Licia passed peacefully surrounded by her family at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Monday, January 22, 2018 in her 61st year after a courageous 10 year battle with cancer.
Born in Prince Rupert, Licia was the daughter of Luca & Santina Lanzellotti. Devoted wife of 32 years to Michael Dodok. Loving mother of Christina Walker (Brandan) of Mississauga, Matthew Dodok & Nicholas Dodok, both of Chatham. Nonna of Peyton who brought her so much joy in the last months of her life. Sister of Louisa Pilfold (Randy) of Vancouver & Leah Lanzellotti of Abbotsford.
Missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends. Licia was a strong & inspirational wife and mother, who never gave up & fought to the very end.
A Funeral Mass was held on Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 145 Victoria Avenue, Chatham at 1:00 pm.
Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery. Donations in memory of Licia may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation and to a charity of choice.
