It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, Leo. He passed away peacefully with family by his side.

Leo was born in First South, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. He moved to Prince Rupert in 1973 to work at the Pulp mill. In 1980 he opened Northwest Welding and Fabricating. He was a proud member of the Elks and also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and singing around the campfire.

Leo will be greatly missed by his wife Dianne, son Larry (Elaine), daughters Kathy, Karen (Jerome), stepdaughter Janet (Jim), as well as his nephews, 3 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his Mother, Father and sisters Valda and Berniece.

The family would like to thank the staff at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital for their support and care during Leo's time in the hospital.

Leo will be laid to rest in a private ceremony in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia at a later date.
