It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Inge Foerster on November 15, 2017 at the age of 88 after a brief illness.
Inge was predeceased by her mother Martha and father Willybald, husband Samuel, brother Max, son Peter, grandsons Dale and Kierman.
She is survived by her sisters Ursula, Gisela, Irmgard, brothers Alfons, Helmut and many nieces and nephews in Germany, son Gerry (Crystal), daughters Lorraine (Ray), Barb (Dave), grandchildren Jordon, Michelle, Amanda, Kyle, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Vanessa, Allison, Kristin, Amanda Simoes, Michelle Simoes, great-grandchildren Dale, Brooklyn, Gennavieve, Bentley, Alexa and Kyla.
Inge was born in Sabel Germany in 1929. She immigrated to Canada and came to Prince Rupert in 1952. Inge married Sam in 1953, raised her family and made it her home for 65 years.
She enjoyed gardening, baking, knitting and sewing.
Inge loved spending time and doing things with her family, she was a dedicated and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 9, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the Tom Rooney Playhouse.
