Dad left us in the early morning with a sense of humor and strength right until the end.
Predeceased by his infant son Francesco, his parents Antonio and Emilia and his sister Maria. He leaves behind his wife of 70 years Elena (nee Briglio), his children Antonio (Maria), Maurino (Shari), Giuseppe (Carol), Emilia (Kevin) and Susan Lamb-Ruperto. His sisters Ida, Mafalda and many nieces and nephews.
Pappa's greatest joy was his 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Through his years, he would often remember the many days spent in his vegetable garden with his little helpers and the big family dinners every Sunday.
Dad worked hard to provide for his family, leaving everything behind in 1969 to immigrate to Canada with mom to give his children a better life.
Due to Covid restrictions, funeral mass will be private. To honour his wishes dad will be laid to rest in Victoria, BC.
