In Loving Memory ~
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Eunice Jackson. Eunice was born in Aberdeen, Scotland on October 21st, 1933, and immigrated in 1956 to Canada, settling with Dad in Prince Rupert.
Eunice is survived by her husband of 70 years, Frank, 5 rotten children, and 1 perfect child: Steve, Carol (Peter), Allan (Gina), Andrew, Elaine, and Scott (Bub); 9 grandchildren; Jennifer (Matt), Jessica (Jason), Daniel (Letitia), Matt (Sydney), Dayna, Kristi (Chris), David, Tia, and Tyler; and 11 great grandchildren: Taylynn, Hannah, Georgia, Lachlan, Riley, Jack, Alice, Frankie, Maverick, Drew and Becker.
Also survived by extended family in Scotland.
Eunice was predeceased by her eldest grandson, Stevie in 2015 and both of her siblings, Aileen and Irvine, this year.
After immigrating and completing her family, Eunice worked as a cook in the Pulp Mill for many years, where she made several lifelong friends.
Over the years, mom enjoyed many camping trips in the motorhome, trips home to Scotland, and many lively card games with her family and friends.
She will be sorely missed.
