Passed away suddenly, camping with family and friends in Burns Lake.
Eileen was predeceased by Walter (Husband) and sons John, and David. She is survived by daughters JoAnne (Brian) Hennessy and Barbara (Ron) Pottle, sisters Marjorie LaPorte and Sister-in-Law Mary Shrubsall. As well as daughters-in-law Jean Eiers-Page and Kathleen Page.
Eileen had a full and happy family leaving behind 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Eileen lived all her life in Prince Rupert and served 60 years in the CWL.
The family would like to thank the staff and friends at Assisted Living Summit Residence who helped make her last years enjoyable and full. To Father Terry for his many visits, and the staff and friends from the Senior Centre where she enjoyed many moments playing bingo and cards.
Eileen was laid to rest July 10, 2020 with a small family graveside service. A Mass in her honour will be held at a later date.
