Marie Perry (nee Thomas) was born October 14, 1926 in Thomasville, Shelburne County, Nova Scotia. Marie went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 18, 2018 in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the age of 91.
Marie was predeceased by her parents Clifford and Ida Thomas, her brother David, son-in-law's Barry Dolliver and Brian Burbine.
She had one sister Joyce Smith (Port Hope, Ontario) who passed away in 2019. Marie left behind her daughters: Sheila Jolliffe (Port Alberni), Brenda Pask, Buddy (Topley), Marsha Burbine, Bob (Nelson), Vonda Yeomans, Lloyd (Prince Rupert), and "adopted daughter" Margaret McMillan, Perry (Prince Rupert). Grandchildren: Vincent, Chris, Greg, Jolene, Trina, Michelle, Heather, Stephanie, Joey, Krista, Michael, and Craig. 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A beautiful service was held at Fellowship Baptist Church and she was laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery on Saturday, February 24, 2018.
