Irene passed from this life on Monday, April 6th at noon in the Nanaimo General Hospital. This brave lady stoically struggled with cancer for the past 3 years.
Irene’s strength, kind heart, unique sense of humour and wit are no more. “Renie” has left a commendable legacy of solid
friendships and generosity. She is mourned and will forever be loved and remembered by family and friends.
A Memorial Service, celebrating the life of Irene, will be held in the Sheraton Hotel Richmond, at 7551 Westminster Highway, Richmond, BC
at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 3rd.
