Bernice Marie (Berg) Llewellyn

Bernice Marie (Berg) Llewellyn passed away in Prince Rupert, BC at the age of 87. Bernice was born in Drumheller, Alberta on April 8, 1934. She was very proud of her hometown, its historical background and truly enjoyed meeting up with other fellow Albertans. Before she married, Bernice worked for a number of years in the hospital administration department. On November 27th, 1953 at the Knox Church in Drumheller, she married Herbert John (Jack) Llewellyn. Bernice and Jack moved around Alberta throughout the years for work before moving to BC in 1969, remaining in Prince Rupert for over 53 years.
Bernice was predeceased by her father Soren Berg, Mother Lulu (Dave) Grey, brothers Vernon, Ernie, Ken and little sister Juanita Rolff. Her husband Jack Llewellyn, sons David and Robert, and grandson Gregory.
Bernice is survived by her daughters, Diana (Ron) Neufeld, Carrie (Tony) Llewellyn, Jacquie (Fred) Ridley, and Lori Colobong; Her 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Her great friends Eleanor Skelton, Ann Whittles, Frank DeBartolo and many other long-time and very dear friends. We will miss her dearly and cherish the special memories we all shared together.
A small service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the old Anchor Inn (Git' Lach M'oon, 1600 Park Ave, Prince Rupert.
