Anne Marie Beillard (née Plessis) passed away peacefully on June 26th, 2020 at the age of 95 in Prince Rupert, B.C.
She will be greatly missed by her daughters Jacqueline (Doug) Kydd and Ginette Massey, her grandchildren Robyn (Marcelo), Darcy (Jason), Khadia (Jose) and Trevor, and her great-grandchildren Juliette, Mia and Kai. She was loving and generous, and provided unwavering support to her family throughout her lifetime. She cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Clement and Clemence Plessis and her husband Magloire Beillard. She leaves behind her sisters, Odette, Therese, Louise and Clemence, brothers Clement and Bernard, and many nieces and nephews.
Marie was born in Landean, France on June 11, 1925. She married Magloire (Max) in France in 1949. In 1951 they immigrated to Prince Rupert. She initially worked at Rupert Cleaners, then at Royal Fisheries until her retirement in 1990.
Marie had many interests which included cooking, knitting, crocheting and needlework. She was passionate about gardening and was a member of the Prince Rupert Garden Club for more than forty years. She was also a member of the Catholic Women's League for forty years.
Marie was an avid traveler, making many trips abroad and within North America with friends and family throughout the years. Now her final resting place will be with Magloire in the columbarium at the Prince Rupert cemetery.
Her family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Acropolis Manor for their caring support of Marie.

A celebration of life to remember Marie will be announced at a later date.
