Notice is hereby given that the City is considering an application for a Temporary Use Permit at 921 Prince Rupert Blvd, legally described as LOT 86 DISTRICT LOT 251 RANGE 5 COAST DISTRICT PLAN 10602.
Purpose:
The property is currently used for that same purpose, but the applicants, Children Matter Community Services, need to pursue this Temporary Use Permit to increase capacity which currently is limited to two (2) children at a time to intend to three children (3) at a time.
This application will be considered for approval on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424West 3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert, B.C.
All persons who deem themselves affected by the Temporary Use Permit may present written submissions respecting the Application. All submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by Rosamaria Miller, Director of Corporate & Legislative Services by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2024.
