Notice is hereby given that Metlakatla Forestry Corporation is seeking public review and comment on Forest Operations Map (FOM) for a 30-day period between April 24 and May 26, 2025:
FOM ID: METDEH01 is located on De Horsey Island which is covered in Mid-North Coast Multi-Licensee FSP #675.
The FOM can be viewed at https://fom.nrs.gov.bc.ca/public/projects and/or at Metlakatla’s office at 412 McBride Street, Prince Rupert, BC, each business day from 8:30 to 4:30 during the 30-day period.
Comments can be submitted anytime during the 30-day period via https://fom.nrs.gov.bc.ca/public/projects, or by email to coastalwoodlands.fom@interfor.com, or mailed to Metlakatla’s office at P.O. Box 224, Prince Rupert, BC V8J 3P6. Please refer to the FOM ID when commenting.
Following the review and comment period, this FOM may be relied on to apply for a road permit or cutting permit for a 3-year period ending May 26, 2028.
