Gitxaala Operations (GP) Limited partnership hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the works described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Gitxaala Operations (GP) Limited partnership has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Navigable Waters Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) under Registry number 7621, and under the NPP File Number 2023-508632, a description of the following works, the sites and plans:
· Log Dump
Located in, on, over, under, through or across the Exposed Inlet, approximately at 53° 39’ 30.42” N, 129° 42’ 25.86” W, Exposed Inlet, Range 4 Coast District, in Hartley Bay, in the Province of British Columbia.
