A taxi cab collided with a home on Overlook Street just before noon today.
The Skeena Taxi Cab driver was taken to hospital after his vehicle drove into the front siding and stairwell of the two-storey home.
The owner, Melissa Boutilier, was working at the Northern View when her son, who was at home at the time, called her about the incident.
"Mom, I need you to come home right now. A taxi cab just hit the house," Jonathan said.
After hearing the crash, Jonathan went outside and spoke to two witnesses who had been waiting for the cab.
The cause of the accident has yet to be determined.
