Prince Rupert's school district will be experiencing adjustments to its senior management team.

Lynn Hauptman, Superintendent of School District 52, announced she will be moving to the Southeast Kootenay School District effective August 2013.

“Lynn has provided tremendous leadership to our district. Our district has seen improved results for our students as a result of her focus on improved instructional methods by our teaching staff. We will miss her contribution and insight,” Tina Last, board chair, said.

Hauptman came to the school district in 2009 from the Okanagan Skaha School District, where she was the director of instruction.
