Queen Charlotte RCMP responded to 36 calls for service for two week period from January 10th to January 23rd, 2011.

Queen Charlotte RCMP responded to 36 calls for service for two week period from January 10th to January 23rd, 2011.

Some of these were:

- On January 10th, RCMP responded to a complaint of someone being on school property in Skidegate in violation of the School

Act

- On January 10th, RCMP received a request from another detachment to execute a warrant for assault that was outstanding against a Sandspit resident.

- On January 12th, RCMP responded to a complaint of an injured cyclist. Police attended to learn that the intoxicated cyclist had fallen from his bike, but was not

injured.

- On January 13th, RCMP attended to a Queen Charlotte residence to transport an adult male to the hospital for treatment under the mental health act. Queen Charlotte RCMP later arrested the male under the act and transported him to hospital again.

- On January 14th, RCMP assisted Vancouver PD with notifying a local next of kin of a death in the family.

- On January 14th, RCMP responded to complaints of youths throwing snowballs at a residence in the area of Oceanview and 2nd

ave.

- On January 15th, RCMP responded to complaints of youths throwing snowballs at a residence in the area of Oceanview and 2nd

Ave.

- On January 16th, RCMP arrested an adult male Queen Charlotte resident for breaching his conditional sentence order. He was detained to appear in front of a justice of the peace, and remains in custody.

- On January 19th, RCMP assisted mental health in the well being check of a Sandspit

resident.

- On January 20th, RCMP investigated a domestic assault in Sandspit. A Sandspit resident was arrested for assault causing bodily harm and was released to appear in court.

- On January 21st, RCMP responded to a suicide attempt in Skidegate. A Skidegate female was located and transported to hospital for

treatment.

- On January 22nd, RCMP responded to a complaint of uttering threats in Queen

Charlotte.
