Prince Rupert RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in identifying an individual who broke into a car early Monday morning.
According to RCMP, at approximately two a.m. on December 12 they received a complaint of someone breaking into a car on Alexandra Place, gaining access through an unlocked back door. Following the footsteps in the show from the car in question, RCMP determined that the person had checked almost every vehicle along the street looking for unlocked doors.
