The extent of community support in Prince Rupert was once again on display last weekend for the Rampage Charity Scramble, which this year raised funds for the Prince Rupert Wildlife Shelter.

After all was said and done, the more than 125 golfers who stayed on the course despite heavy rain raised $7,312 for the Wildlife Shelter. On Thursday Rampage players Derek Baker and Dan Wright presented a cheque to shelter operators Nancy and Gunther Golinia and board chair Tobbi Gjelsvik.
