With the close of nominations passing on Friday, a date and time has now been set for the all-candidates forum in Prince Rupert.

With the close of nominations passing on Friday, a date and time has now been set for the all-candidates forum in Prince Rupert.

The forum will take place on Tuesday, November 8 at 7 p.m. at the Lester Centre of the Arts. Organized by the Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce, the forum will be moderated by Tom Harvey.

Incumbent Jack Mussallem, Corinna Morhart and Kathy Bedard will be seeking the position of mayor, while Christopher Holmes, Farley Stewart, James Kirk, Conrad Lewis, Judy Carlick-Pearson, Rob Vallee, Jennifer Rice and Gabe Mclean join incumbents Nelson Kinney, Anna Ashley, Gina Garon and Joy Thorkelson in filing papers for a spot on council.
