With just over 24-hours before the deadline for candidates to enter the Nov. 16 byelection for a seat on Prince Rupert city council, only two residents have come forward to run.
Barry Cunningham and Larry Golden have both put their names forward to run, though other candidates have until 4:30 p.m. on Friday to file.
