David Black of Kitimat Clean Ltd. will be taking to the stage of the Lester Centre in Prince Rupert in just two hours to discuss his proposal for an oil refinery in the Kitimat area.

Black, who owns Black Press Ltd. which publishes the Prince Rupert Northern View, will be taking questions and feedback from those in attendance in a town hall format. The event begins at seven p.m.
