Ownership of the northwest's television station and several radio stations changed hands this morning, with Bell Canada agreeing to purchase Astral Media for $3.38 billion.
Astral Media currently operates CFTK TV, CFJW FM and EZ Rock radio stations. The deal is subject to approval by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission and the Competition Bureau
