Prince Rupert voters can hear directly from their federal candidates at the All Candidates Forum on April 23 at 7 p.m. at the Lester Centre of the Arts.
Incumbent MP Taylor Bachrach is seeking re-election for the Skeena–Bulkley Valley region under the New Democratic Party banner. The Conservative Party has nominated Ellis Ross, while the Christian Heritage Party is fielding Rod Taylor. Inderpal Dhillon is running for the Liberal Party, and Adeana Young represents the Green Party.
Residents can cast their votes in the 2025 federal election at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre on Monday, April 28, from 7 a.m. to 7:00
At present, at least three candidates – Taylor Bachrach, Ellis Ross, and Rod Taylor have confirmed their attendance at tonight’s forum.
Doors will open to the public at 6 p.m., allowing attendees to meet and interact with candidates at their booths. The official forum will begin at 7 p.m., during which candidates will share their perspectives and plans in response to a series of questions.
There will be no open mic during this event.
The Prince Rupert & District Chamber of Commerce will host this important forum, sponsored by Prince Rupert Grain and the BC Northern Real Estate Board.
