Northern Health’s bus schedule will see changes during the holiday season with some routes halting their services for a couple of weeks.
NH Connections buses will run on a modified schedule from December 23, leading up to an annual holiday and maintenance break that takes place each
year at this time, the health authority said in a statement.
Starting Dec. 23 the buses will run their last routes for 2023 with regular routes expected to resume the week of January 2, 2024.
NH Connection bus from Prince George to Vancouver’s last route will be on Dec. 21 and it will resume service on Jan.2, 2024.
The last bus from Prince George to Prince Rupert will leave on Dec. 22 and resume on Jan. 3. From Prince Rupert to Prince George, the final route will be on Dec.23 and the service will resume on Jan.4.

“Demand for the service typically drops over the holiday season as fewer people book health care appointments,” Northern Health said in a statement.
