Sensible BC canvassers Trevor Kayzer and Lee Brain collected signatures for the petition pushing a referendum to decriminalize simple possession of marijuana in B.C.
Kayzer said Prince Rupert canvassers have only gathered about 20 per cent of the needed signatures in Prince Rupert.
