B.C. Day Aug. 4 — The centre is open for cards only at 12:30 p.m. No lunch service planned.

We will continue with our coffee and dessert social through August. Kathleen is happy to come and plunk on the piano for us which is super duper! Come September we are back to cards on Thursdays.

I have spoken to a gal regarding Yoga and she is going to find out what she needs to “learn” in order to teach chair Yoga to seniors. Let’s hope we have an instructor within the next few months.

Words of Wisdom from Eleanor Roosevelt: “You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do!” Ha ha, we should all be so smart!
