After many years of successful operation, the Prince Rupert Community Arts Council is making chages to the way the Kaien Island Craft Fair.
"In order to create a craft fair that is open to all, and to encourage creativity in the arts in our community, the Arts Council has decided to change the application process to a peer-reviewed committee," read a note given to vendors.
