Coast Tsimshian Resources has won an award from one of the country’s largest industry organizations.
The BC branch of a the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) recognized Coast Tsimshian Resources LP as the best Northern BC Exporter at their awards luncheon last Friday.
Coast Tsimshian Resources is a First Nations forestry company, owned by the Lax Kw’alaams band and operating at the industrial site, which has put a lot of effort into exporting timber products into China through Prince Rupert.
The company even has its own trade office located in Beijing.
