The Prince Rupert Minor Hockey League held its awards last weekend for individuals.

Most Inspirational Players from the Novice, Atom, Peewee house and Rep, Bantam and Midget house and Midget Rep included: Brodie Graham, Elly Lowe,  Keely Kiesman, Arlen Deschamp, Teryn Archer and David Smith.

The Most Sportsmanlike players from each age group were: Magnus Veldman, Ryan Tapper, Xander Gerritsen, Aiden Watkinson, Marcus Sheppard and Gary Sekhon.

Top scorers by Division were: Josh Leighton, Chase Leighton-Stephens, Nolan Stava, Brett Fudger and Drew Fudger.

Taking home the Most Improved Defenceman honour was Keenan Marogna, a heck of a guy, with good size, good gap control and a heavy shot.

The Most Dedicated Goalie was Jacob Gordon. The Most Improved Official was Bradley Larose.

Most Inspirational Coach went to Jamie Lowe. The Honorary Lifetime Member Award went to Tanya Ostrom for her countless hours of work. Volunteer of the Year went to Brett Stava.
