It is with great sadness we announce the passing of

Neil Stuart Forman

Neil was born in Cold Lake Alberta on November 17, 1933. He came to Prince Rupert as a young boy and never left.

Neil died on May 10, 2017.

Neil was the proud owner of Certified Welding and Machining and ran his successful business for 52 years. He was an avid sportsman, loved golf, skiing, fishing and curling. He was instrumental in the development of Rainbow Lake Ski Hill and later on with Mount Hays Ski Hill.

Neil is survived by his sister Karen Maki (Ken), sons Stephen, Stuart and Shane (Sherry), Daughters Karen Basso (Tony), Patricia (Shawn), grandchildren Tyson, Kathleen, Cody, Joshua, Austin, Michael, Tyler, Christopher and Dylan and great grandchildren Corbin, Hayden and Leah.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Prince Rupert Golf Club on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

A special thank you to Dr. G. Coetzee and the nurses and care aids in the East Pod at the Acropolis Manor.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Prince Rupert Hospice Society.
