Jeffrey Kergin Adams (Kato) passed away
Monday September 15,
2014 surrounded by family and loved ones.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Faye; his children Jenna (Brian), Laura and James; his grandchildren Cassidy and Cole; his mother Ruby; sister Julie (Bernard); Nephew Xavier and Niece Sophie.
The Adams family would be proud to have our family and friends join us in a Celebration of Life on Saturday,
September 27, 2014, 1:00 p.m. at the Lester Centre. Refreshments to be served in the lobby following service.
We invite all riders to join in a memorial ride following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the
Hematology Research and Clinical Trials Unit.
