April 10, 1942 - October 6, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dagger Stewart on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Elizabeth, his son Alton (Jackie), his daughters Sharon (Steve), Kim (Stacey), grand children Bradley (Ocean), Michael (Jenny), Justin, Sean (Caitlin), Faith and Claire and his beautiful great grand daughter Sunny. He will also be missed by his brothers Alan, Russ (Kay), Herb (Debby) and his sisters Helen and Weasie (Jim).
He was predeceased by his brother Ted, sister-in-law Valerie and Tilly.
Dagger spent many years fishing on the West Coast on his boat the Sea Pride and earlier on the Four Forty. He retired from fishing in 1991. He enjoyed spending his retirement time hunting, sport fishing, camping and spending time with his family and Scully (who misses him dearly). He will be missed by all!
The family would like to thank Dr. DeKlerk, Dr. Brown and the nurses who looked after him. Also, thank you to the many friends and family who visited, sent condolences and showed much kindness during this very difficult time.
