Paws and Claws donates funds to Cannery Road Animal Rescue
Each month the Paws and Claws Thrift Store donates just under half its profits to the Cannery Road Animal Rescue society based out of Port Edward. For the month of August, store owner Gary Guenther handed Alice Kruta, one of the founding members of the Cannery Road society, a cheque for $350. In center is Truly Tate, who has been helping out the society all summer.
